Pia was not sure about Iggy when he first came to live with us. She worked with him often, and he came to respect her as much as she came to love him. They have come to an understanding. This is an older video, one recently rediscovered. Though we use food as lures and rewards to train all our animals, note that Iggy is completely responsive to Pia though she has no food. Iggy already knows these behaviors, and her encouraging words, gestures, and affection are adequate rewards.
